How do I cancel my order?

 If you need to cancel your order, contact our Customer Service Department during normal business hours. The order may be cancelled at no cost unless the product has already shipped, reached a certain level in the fulfillment process or the order includes a specialty item.

 What methods of payment does LightingNBeyond.com accept?

 Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards are accepted, Amazon Pay, PayPal, Payment by cashier's check, money order, or personal check are also acceptable providing the order is placed with Pickup in Blauvelt option, please note an order paid with a personal check will be held until all funds are available resulting in an order processing delay of up to 3-weeks.

 How fast can LightingNBeyond.com deliver my order?

 Provided all product ordered is in stock, orders typically ship in two business days and are than delivered deliver in 5 to 7 business days. For more immediate delivery needs, please contact our customer service team to confirm product availability and shipping method options. We ship from Blauvelt NY, (located just off the Thruway) a central location which assures fast delivery.

 What happens if my order is lost or damaged?

lightingnbeyond.com employs professional packers and shipping technicians experienced and trained in the shipment of glass. With all the precautions taken by our staff to ship products securely, it is rare that an order is lost or damaged. In the instance that loss or damage has occurred, our Customer Service Department is available to assist with a resolution.

 Do you offer Quantity discounts?

We pride in the low pricing we can offer our customers; however, we understand that for a bigger project we can sometimes do better and offer a discount, you can reach out to our customer service team where you will get a dedicated account manager to assist you with your project.

What if I can’t find a product I need?

If you are working on a bogger project and some items are not on our site, don’t worry! Many items can’t be posted on our site but we certainly sell them all the time, reach out to our customer service team and a dedicated account manager will assist you with these items and your entire project.
